The terms below will apply to any contract for the sale of our products.
Placing an order
We use Ecwid e-commerce facility for all sales and payments.  Ecwid and their e-commerce hosting solution are Level 1 PCI DSS certified which protects all consumer data to ensure peace of mind for you and your customers. In addition, you get a free SSL certificate.  Orders are confirmed by sending you an email .
Payment
Payment is taken at the time of order by our secure payment's provider through which you can pay by many common cards and by PayPal. All prices include delivery to mainland UK. If you live in a remote post code area, please contact us prior to placing an order. See Delivery page for full details of which areas are included in “mainland UK”. 
Availability
All products shown on the website are subject to availability
Cancellation
Once we have sent you the email confirming your order, the order cannot be cancelled..
Delivery
Items are dispatched our preferred courier and the details will be confirmed with a tracking number.
Faulty Goods
We operate a strict quality control policy during manufacture and our items are carefully packed in suitably strong twin wall wall card boxes. In the unlikely event of goods being faulty or damaged on delivery, please contact us and we will arrange collection. Upon receipt we will refund the price of the item (less outgoing delivery charge) to your original card details or exchange it for another, depending on your instructions.
Disclaimers
The Spiraclimb is naturally, slightly springy and has to be to hold its shape when stretched between the ends of a cane.  Common sense and care should be taken when assembling the Spiraclimb on the cane and also when removing to from the cane.  We do not take responsibility for any injuries arising from the use of the Spiraclimb.
